Well I am at Starbucks
The Scale this morning after being back under 350 is at 353 this AM
I know I should avoid meat and candy will keep working on that
So what have I eaten
Venti Black Ice Tea
Chocolate Madeleines - 250 Cal
Egg Salad Sandwich - 490 Cal
Tall Americano Iced - 25 Cal
RUNNING TOTAL = 765 Cal
Sitting here working on the new version of the dissertation - Just need to write and write and get more writing done - make sure I can give what I am trying to say in a voice that is understandable
