Breakfast
2 eggs = 160 Cal
Leftover White Rice
Heat rice in large pan and then add eggs
Mix until egg cooked
put in bowl
then add a little soy sauce
ketchup
and a hint of strawberry jam
coffee w/ 1/2 and 1/2 - 20 Cal
Biscuit to try seedless blackberry jam which was purchased for my dad
NO lunch -- since a late breakfast
Snack of Pistachios
3 Fudge Shop cookies
Water
DINNER - Made by Dad
Chicken New Orleans - Which is diced chicken - lightly breaded in egg and flour
fried in a pan with Champagne
Very tasty - also a bread roll
Pasta with read sauce - not my favorite ate very little
desert - slice of smores pie -- delicious
Coffee w/ 1/2 and 1/2
Work from 10:30 - 11:00 am to 10:00 pm on dissertation almost complete
