1/4 Cantloupe
Coffee with Half and Half
Ketchup
I will endeavor to figure out approximate calories for the rest of breakfast today -- but this seems like I am getting on track for a healthier day with less hunger overall
We need to go retrieve the pickup from repair this afternoon and also need to get the cadillac in good form -- we are also thinking about getting a replacement vehicle so we have a modern car here with all the bells and whistles and a warranty
