I went out to mail a package for ebay and to go to the post office
In the end i sent the package via UPS

I went to starbucks - which I think I am going to use as an environment to study tomorrow after the direcTV people come to fix my dish

I used my free beverage voucher at Starbucks

I had an iced Venti Americano with NON-Fat Milk - 40 Cal
I had a blueberry Scone at a reported - 400 Cal

So total for any way or another will be

450 CAL
