Exercise Update
My family - mom, dad, and me went to the woodlands mall and walked the mall for at least 45 minutes to an hour - we then went to the bookstore and i got a book for word 2007
Snack at Bar Meeting
Hot pretzel - cheese sauce
1/2 ice cream sandwich
sprite zero
coffee with non-dairy creamer
Reception at 5 pm for SMU and dinner plans with John Rogers
