Dinner - Unknown Caloric Content
However no more eating for the evening --
2 slices of chocolate cherry bread with smart balance
Salad - spinach and lettuce with cranberry, walnut, and parmesean cheese
Salad dressing - Kraft Seasame Seed
Main - Beef stroganoff - bowl with pasta and meat slices
2 slices of bread - breakfast bread central market
Ice Tea to drink
A handful of shell peanuts -- astros package from walmart
TOTAL: Unknown - 1000 calories or more
RUNNING TOTAL - 900 Cal + 1000 Cal = 1900 Cal
I usually should stay between 1200-1800 calories a day
If i dont eat anything else this evening - drink water I should be alright
Need to make sure dinners have caloric content
TOTAL for 25th June 2008
1900 to 2100 Calories
