Well I am returning to writing down everything that I eat.
I am doing this because I am going to have WL surgery. Until I finish my work, which will be sometime in July, I am going to record what I eat during the day so as to watch my calorie intake and as well try and lose some weight so I fit once again in my clothes. The pants and suit are getting a bit tight these days. I seem to have gained close to 15 to 20 pounds while I have been home, since returning from the UK.
So let me see -
Breakfast
- Quaker Oatmeal Squares Cereal
- 2% Milk
- Coffee w/ half and half
