TOTAL = 537.5 Cal = 538 Cal to be on the safe side we will upgrade to 550 Cal

RUNNING TOTAL = 550 Cal

I am not sure that calorie counting obsessively is the best way to go. You'll become disappointed and berating towards yourself if you slip up once in a while which is no bad thing.

But GOOD LUCK, I will be watching what you eat! ;)

Are you going to record what exercise you do each day as well?
