Advice From Abby - 30-6-2008

ABBY's Tips

1) eat a proper breakfast with fruit, fibre, no chocolate or anything crap and false
-a good sized brekky, cereal toast juice and one coffee
-easy on the lard on your toast

2) eat less
-with salad, lots of it
-dressing only olive oil and balsamic vinegar
-dont buy any ready made dressings or accept any in any restaurants they can be SOOOO calorific

3) Dont eat anything after 8pm
-if you feel peckish have a large glass of water. 10 if you need to

4) Exercise more
